When I smoke regularly, I notice that later during the day I sweat more than usual, especially in warm weather or during physical activity. It doesn’t happen immediately after smoking — it’s more like my thermoregulation becomes more sensitive when I’ve been using cannabis regularly.
I already know it goes away when I stop, so I’m not really looking for “just quit” as the answer. I’m trying to understand if anyone has managed to reduce this while still using, for example by lowering frequency, changing timing, reducing dose, switching strains, improving hydration/electrolytes, magnesium, cooling strategies, or anything else.
Has anyone dealt with this and found something that actually helped?
