Mariabel, her grandfather, the guy she was talking to on the coffee table (Johann) were all 3D animated on this last episode. You can tell by the weird frame pacing on them, even the mouth animation is off.

Its first time I noticed on this anime.

I don't remember seeing any planned changes to sniper class/weapons.

Snipers are already too OP as they are, the gap will become even stronger.

Snipers also needs a few changes.
