The music/art festival I was originally going to wear this outfit to got rained out so I ended up taking off the belt because I thought it was a cute outfit but I’m not sure if it’s “casual” for just walking around stores or the park ect. If you saw someone wearing this to the mall or out somewhere would you think it’s cute/whimsical or just a little too much?

Edit: Thank you for all the comments and advice, I think I am going to go for it but maybe going to try it with a skirt like some people suggested and see if I like that better! 💕
