Long crank when warm

Long crank when warm

1994 80 series starts up just fine when engine is cold, but if I drive it around town and try to start, it cranks and cranks until I give it a little gas, then stutters up. Once running it drives just fine. I've already replaced fusible link, fuel filter, misc vacuum hoses, but no change. Again, it only happens when the engine is warm like its vapor lock. Is that a thing with these stock engines? What else should I check out?

Cardio and EP unsure what's going on

I (40m) have been experiencing PACs for 15 years now. I'm healthy weight, minimal alcohol, don't smoke, no prior health issues. CHADS VASc score of 0. They became more noticeable and persistent with episodes almost daily lasting a few hours at a time. Majority of time it starts in the evening after kids go down, but this reading I'm sharing started when I went out for a run last week. 5min into run I noticed high HR (175bpm) and felt winded, so I turned around and walked home. Frustrating bc I'm an avid runner who can knock out 7-10 miles no problem, but this is becoming more common.

My EP (highly respected doc) is stumped bc he sees PACs but thinks it may be something that developed in-utero which I've been living with my whole life. Have an echo next week and possible cardiac MRI depending on findings. He's not set on ablation yet, wants to rule out structural defects first and see if low dose Flecainide and Metoprolol stabilize symptoms.

Not looking for diagnosis, but curious if anyone has seen or experienced similar and what their thoughts are.

Received the mail notice last week. My 2023 Escalade has 33k miles and wasn't showing any concerning signs, but took it in yesterday to just confirm and check the box. Well...got the call today it failed inspection and the engine was already halfway out of the truck. My dealer keeps a few engines in stock so they should have the new engine in by Friday.

Glad I wasn't left stranded on a remote highway as I often travel the midwest for work. On the bright side, new engine, new adventures!
