My unemployment benefits are quite low and I was told that I can make 1/3 of my benefits or 10x Oregon highest minimum wage x10 (so 163/week) but I talked to another person and they said it's only 1/3 does anyone know for sure which one it is?

My company has temporarily laid me off while the building is under construction I worked for a few months last year at the start and end due to there being more work in a temporary building but apparently my benefits are based off of that time working and not including the income i made from unemployment last year so my current unemployment is very very low and im a bit worried about my finances.

I wanna start off by saying I am not super educated on team building. I'm a pretty casual player and I'm mainly f2p (1 BP/Welkin) and have been saving for a LONG time. Apologies if I say or consider anything stupid.

I have enough primo gems to guarantee c2 mavuika and unless I literally get 80 pity on and lose every 50/50 I should have enough for c2 citlali as well 2 banners after.

My current plans are

Mavuika c2 Serpants Spine. I'm using EM sands but maybe I should go Atk sands since I'm planning on c2 Citlali? maybe ttds nobless and bennet are enough atk how much should I aim for?

Citlali c2 TTDS. using Scroll artifacts

Bennet c1 Sapwood/Fav (need fav on other char atm) Nobless

4th is tough because I only have c1 rosaria c0 diona c0 sucrose and c4 lan yan. no Xilonen no Ian san. I haven't seen prunes stuff yet or what she does but I'm assuming I'll c6 her if she's on mavuikas banner.

Would Instructor, VV, or Tenacity be best for 4th slot? Does VV/Instructor lose value with Citlali c2 since she already provides a lot of em and shred?

I just got off the wait list is the fresh 1 hour 30 min routes good? I’m just gonna do flex for extra money. I plan to do the 3:30am routes before work.
