Update: Solved.

Hey all, my father has recently given me his K1 max in an effort to help fix it. He recently replaced the main board due to the screen showing artifacts. Upon replacing the motherboard, the printer when self checking has been making these awful sounds. I’ve done firmware updating and flashing, config file editing thru root access with no luck. I’ve attached videos, any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get this thing back up and running for my dad. Thanks in advance!

After upgrading to a 5080 at the beginning of last month, I finally bit the bullet and made a whole build around it. Coming from a Asus Z690 12700K, decided to go with a Aorus X870 Elite with a 9800X3D. Excited to see what the team red hype has been about 👀
