I want to build an app that can support items such as:

• Telugu dates / months
• Tithi
• Nakshatram
• Masam
• Amavasya / Pournami
• Festivals and important Telugu calendar days
• Possibly muhurtham / panchang details later

I’m trying to find one of the following:

• a reliable library / SDK / API
• open-source code
• documentation for Telugu calendar calculations
• someone with experience in implementing Panchangam logic

My preference is for something accurate and reusable in a mobile app.

we had a frustrating experience at the Passport Seva Kendra in Vijayawada. We drove 80 km in the hot weather with a 60-year-old lady, only to be told the document we carried (accepted by other officers) was not allowed by the final officer. We now have to return after days or even a month. It's disheartening when rigid rules ignore the human side—especially for senior citizens traveling long distances. The system should be more empathetic.

Not allowed to receive documents from persons sitting outside.

Its not Seva Kendra, it's Rude Kendra. So avoid vijayawada centre go to Eluru best reviews.

We should have reviews and feedback system to clean these attitudes or rude guys
