What stats to look at while prefarming?
I got Firefly from her most recent banner, and I'm currently prefarming Dahlia, so I have her set ready when I eventually get her. I'm just confused about what her target stats are. Is her target 250% BE and 160.1 spd out or in combat? I thought both were in combat until I saw a few posts that confused me.
One guy's build had his spd at 159 spd out of combat, leading to only 187 spd in combat, which wasn't even close to 200, but someone else said that spd was relatively fine.
And regarding BE, one post said the target 250% was in combat, but other build posts had it at around 230ish before combat.
Her trace gives you 30% spd in combat, so should the spd out of combat be at 130 minimum?
