Does foreplay performed on a man aid with PE??

I've been with my wife a long time and have always been very inconsistent with how long I last in bed. The very rare occasion I can last a while but usually it's a frustratingly short experience well before my wife is finished. In the last few years she has moved away from wanting to provide or receive any foreplay. Our relationship has been quite Rocky since having kids and she basically just wants to get down to business. She'll usually help me get started by using my penis to play with herself until I'm hard enough to penetrate. I keep having this suspicion that if there was more foreplay involved, my penis would have a better chance at ramping up gradually, and then the thrill of PIV wouldn't be such a shock.

Has anyone been in a similar situation where they leapt into penetrative sex without any foreplay at all only to lead to PE? And if things changed to a good amount of foreplay (for her if she wants it, but particularly for him with either a HJ or a BJ) did things improve as far as PE during PIV?

TLDR: struggling with PE, suspect that adding some foreplay will assist. Input?

Auto ON, reinstating cancelled auto insurance if it was cancelled ahead of their given deadline?

I have a friend who had their auto insurance cancelled for non-payment a couple months ago. They gave him until a Friday at noon to make the payment and he called a couple times at 11:00am but wasn't able to get through to an agent. When he finally got through at 11:30, he was informed that they had cancelled his policy already. I guess 11:30 was close enough to the deadline for them to go ahead and cancel.

He's in his early '40s and has had continuous insurance and 20 years of claim free driving.

He got some quotes today for insurance and his premiums are about to increase by $2,400 a year. (Vehicle is a 4 year old Toyota Tacoma)

This has also happened to me about 15 years ago, and at the time I was very disappointed and dismayed that non payment puts you in the high risk category, along side the offenders for careless driving or impaired driving etc.

Whereas if it's a question of payment, how is it not sufficient for them to take the premiums for the full year in advance.

Anyways, my question is, does anybody think there's any sort of remote possible chance of having his policy reinstated?

Or having the tag of 'canceled' removed from his profile.

I know the governing body in Ontario (FSRA?) does handle complaints and inquiries about insurance companies in Ontario. Would it be worth contacting them? I was recently helped by OMVIC to get a fraudulently retained deposit returned to me from a registered used car dealer

Hi all, I'm new to this subreddit but I think my marriage may be on the line here and I'm looking to drastically reduce or eliminate snoring so that I don't need to set up a new bedroom in our house.

I've been an occasional snorer most of my adult life, but since I've turned 40 last year, my wife says that my snoring has increased exponentially.

I'm going to get my testosterone levels checked as a baseline but I'm hopeful that fixing my snoring will help me get back to that deep sleep that helps get the T levels back up again.

So far, I've tried using nasal strips nightly for the last several months, but they don't seem to be helping much.

I try to sleep on my side but end up back on my back and then start snoring again, and so I've just bought a anti-roll pregnancy pillow to keep me on my side.

I really just want to go head first into all this and find all the solutions, and introduce them one by one until something clicks.

From what I keep reading on these subs, the simplest most effective solutions seem to be a humidifier and a wedge pillow.

I've seen some anecdotal stuff about cervical pillows holding your neck in the correct position, and avoiding food before bed. Especially sweets. We are guilty of having a bowl of semi-sweet cereal right before bed every night, and my wife also suffers from poor sleep and is woken easily by me. So I think that might be another thing to eliminate.

I can't seem to find any posts about people using both a wedge pillow and a cervical pillow, has anyone tried this? Does the wedge pillow make the cervical pillow less effective? I feel like at that point I'd be almost sitting upright.

Another thing I'm going to try is a smartwatch with a sleep monitoring feature and blood oxygen level monitor. So I can monitor my results.

Would love to hear from anyone who's been in this position and what was the most effective thing for them.

Thanks in advance
