Image 1 — My new philodendron Golden dragon has these powdery/flaky white stuff on the leaves. I cleaned them just the day before this picture and it’s back. Any ideas what it could be? I can’t seem to figure it out.

Should I cut this already cut stem lower down? It’s been like this for a few months with no new growth.
