I need help directing my cybersecuirty path, this is my plan so far. Im located in sydney, aus. Graduate high school last year
Im currently doing cert 3 in Information Tech (cyber) part-time finishing decemeber, I'm planning to either get a help-desk, apple gneius bar or retail job in tech this year once i turn 18 in a month.
Im going to see if i can get a intership/traineeship/apprenticship next level while doing my cert 4 for cyber in tafe hopefully full-time to fast track studying - currently im looking at MEGT Microsoft Traineeship Program, Digital Traineeship Program.
Then in 2027 i want to apply for the 2028 ASD apprenticeship program.
The end goal for my cyber career is too be able to have a high stabiltty job hence im going of rmore goverment programs and jobs. And flexablitly is also a big thing for me.
This is currently my plan, are there some other things i should consider, apply for, study, certs? any advice?
