Minecraft Train Help!

Minecraft Train Help!

Hi guys, quick question: I'm putting together a 1.21.1 Fabric Vanilla+ pack for a playthrough with a friend where the main idea is to take a normal Minecraft village and gradually develop it into a larger city/state. We're trying to make things like infrastructure, farming, trade, transportation, etc. actually matter.

I was inspired by this video series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FL5XxNzLTZI (goated series defo worth a watch!)

One thing I'd really like is to have better transportation between portions of the state, however maintaining the vanilla-esque feel. For example, I'll be using simple ships in the harbors, and I have some horse-drawn carts and carriages mod for overland transit. However, I would love to have a railway as well!

The problem is that most train mods I've found seem to fall into one of two categories:

Create and its "constituents"

- I don't really want a massive tech overhaul; I fear it would become the focal point of the experience, and I want trains to be a supplement

Basic Minecart Overhauls

- This is basically 99% what im looking for, linking minecarts together on traditional mc rails, using furnace minecarts to power trains etc, however I think it would be interesting if the carts looked somewhat like trains, locomotives, and types of carts, say for example the furnace cart looked like a locomotive, normal ones looked like passenger cars, and chests and or hoppers looked like some sort of storage cart.

I've looked at Modern Minecarts, MTR, and some older mods like Xannosz's Better Minecarts. Xannosz's is actually pretty close to what I have in mind, but unfortunately it's not available for my version/loader.

I would also be 100% down to use a combination of something like modern minecarts for functionality and a texture or resource pack that changes the look of minecarts, while the functionality stays the same.

I've done some digging and unfortunately haven't found much. So I figured, as a last check I'd ask here! Any help is appreciated!

Help Picking Out My next Board

Hey guys, first-time poster but occasional lurker, looking for some advice on a new board.

I'm 6'3" and around 160–170 lbs(pretty wiry). I've been riding a 42" Catch Surf Classic for roughly 5years and have taken pretty good care of it. I know it's not really close to a performance board, but I got it as a gift and didn't feel like I should upgrade until I felt like it was limiting me. Over the past year, it's finally getting pretty worn out. The rails are fraying, the deck doesn't hold wax very well anymore, and I've started to feel like the board is limiting me a bit.

I'm from Orange County and grew up riding upper jetties and will go out occasionally at the wedge. I feel very comfortable in step hollow waves and feel like I've gotten fairly good at barrel riding. I feel comfortable getting in and out of barrels and really enjoy it. However, I would like to continue to progress. When I went away to college on the Central Coast, I started riding more reef breaks and putting more time in colder water.

I've landed a few rollos and feel like I'm getting close to having them down consistently, but I have a tendency to lose the board during the rotation. I've also never really been able to get 360s down. Obviously there's a technique component to both(and I need to just rep them out), but my current 42" has always felt pretty big and cumbersome when I try to throw it around.

I've always been overwhelmed when looking for boards because I would prefer a slightly smaller board(maybe like a 41 or 41.5) for the purposes of it being lighter; however, my frame is kinda strange, being pretty tall and skinny, so I was wondering if anyone was in a similar situation or had any recommendations.

Looking for something a lot more serious than my previous board, and just wanted to reach out!

I really enjoy seeing all the rad waves you guys post here!

Currently working on purchase request, reimbursement request, and reimbursement confirmation workflows for a class that I am ISAing and I have two questions,

For my purchase request form, everything is running smoothly, student requests to make a purchase, approval email gets sent to instructors, and after it is approved a table to populated in Excel.

However, I am running into a few issues on the reimbursement request form. First off, the flow is sending two approval emails: one gets sent right away, and a second gets a few minutes later. My only thinking is that this form requires an image to be sent, and I think as the image is uploading into OneDrive or some place, it sends another, but I have no clue.

My second question is similar to the first. I would like to be able to populate the Excel sheet with the picture of the receipt that the students submit. However, right now it is only sending the OneDrive link, which I assume can't be used to populate an Excel file.

Can happily send workflows or whatever helps. This is my first time using Automate!
