As the titles says I have no clue to what this speaker is but I it is loud as hell. Any input is much appreciated!!

I have changed shoes and springs in my parking brake and adjusted both at the drums but only the left one works. Both work as the should at the adjustment but only the left one works when I engage the parking brake (it works perfect I should say). What can be the problem causing the the right one to not work at all?
