where will we get the info for fee payment and its login for nsut east since its own website just has notices and activities upto 2020

Pls tell what's better ( want good academic culture mainly)

my parents are asking for an official notice or brochure where there's info about upgradation round 2 because they want to confirm in we should freeze or float after upgradation 1. If anyone has any idea where I can find it pls tell...thank youu

What is exactly upgradation round?? isn't it basically a 5th round??
