Resin clumps have the same problem as many other recent (and old) items, easy to obtain in mass but too little uses that requires huge amounts of it,

and many building made flammable blocks with are vulnerable to fire, and you can't make custom campfires or lava trashcans,

so let's kill 2 phantoms with the same stone!

In real life some processed resins are used on wood to make it resistent to fire, but that would be too modern to the game, so we should use resin clumps instead,

like copper, coated blocks are separate from their non-fireproof versions, and you can mine them normally,

And for last Woodland Mansions should be fully coated to reinforce their relationn to pale gardens and to prevent the fires caused by lava pools.
