Price increase to downgrade...

I asked to downgrade my cable plan to core. It's going to cost me 5 dollar more per month than my current plan. The rep refused to explain the fees.

My boy Frank turned 15.

Frank Zappa turned 15 the other day. I picked him up off the side of the road after almost hitting him with my car as a kitten.

Bowie vs the hose

His favorite thing is being sprayed by the hose. He has to be "watered" at the same time as the garden every day.

I got my son a mint plan a few year back. I've always payed each year for the plan when it come up for renewal separately. A few months back i got him a new phone and number through my AT&T account and I checked with mint to cancel and they said to just let it lapse and it would automatically cancel. To my surprise I just received a alert from my bank that it was renewed. I have the email from last year showing my renewal with auto renew shut off. I cannot access the account as I no longer have access to the phone number. The AI chat bot is absolutely useless.

How can I get my money back and ensure this stays canceled so they don't do this again next year? I'd rather not dispute the charge but I will since I have proof it wasn't authorized. Anyone have this issue before?
