Rega P3 Rs , Advice please...

I bought one last week, I have set it up to the best of my ability, followed the instructions online videos etc, i have attached a video when the needle drops in skips a bit at the lead in which makes a noise over the speakers, is this normal for these Turntables ? its a bit annoying, I have set the anti skate and all as suggested.

Any help and advice appreciated
