When is it safe to switch my piercing to a ring after a long irritation bump?

I got my nostril pierced with a piercing gun in December 2025 (I know now that it wasn’t the best idea).

For the few months everything was completely fine. Then out of nowhere I developed a huge irritation bump that stuck around, Eventually I figured out I was sensitive to the surgical steel stud I was wearing, so in April I switched to a titanium flat back.

Since switching to titanium, the bump has basically disappeared and I’ve left it completely alone. The only things I’m noticing is that I have a dark spot/discoloration around the piercing hole on the outside, and tiny bit of a bump that I can still feel inside my nostril.

Other than that, there’s no pain, redness, or drainage, so for people who have dealt with irritation bumps or had a nostril piercing done with a gun, when do you think it would be safe to switch to a hoop/ring? Should I wait until the discoloration and the small bump inside are completely gone?

Started to swim two weeks ago

I’m 24F, 160cm, and 61kg. I’ve been working out for around 3 years and lost a good amount of weight. I recently signed up for a new gym that has a swimming pool, so for the past 2 weeks I’ve been swimming in the mornings on top of my regular lifting workouts.

The problem is I’m SOOOOO fucking hungry all the time now. Like genuinely thinking about food 24/7. I hit my protein goal every day, don’t skip meals, and even started bringing snacks with me after workouts but it barely helps. I get full for like 5 minutes then I’m starving again.

Has anyone else dealt with this? And what should i do? In two weeks i gained 2kg bc i always eat lol

* I used AI to help me write in English since my English isn’t my first language and i didn’t find solutions in my native language*

I need help with my Nintendo Switch account and device linking.

Here’s my situation:

- In 2020, I had the original Nintendo Switch.

- Later, I bought a Nintendo Switch OLED and started using that instead. Both devices were linked to my account at the time.

- Recently, I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 and linked it to my account.

After that, I gave my OLED Switch to my sister. She ended up breaking it, and now she wants to go back to using that original Switch again.

The problem is:

When I log into my Nintendo account online, I can see that only my Switch 2 and OLED are linked. The original Switch is no longer linked to my account.

When I try to link the original Switch again, I get a message saying I have to wait until October 2026 before I can link a new device.

So now I’m stuck. Any help would be really appreciated.
