Hi everyone. I've been deep in the rabbit hole of selecting a surgeon in Turkey to perform a deep plane lower face and neck lift. I've narrowed it down to three and I'm kind of stuck. Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through it, especially with these specific surgeons.

The three I'm looking at:

I'm kinda leaning toward Gultekin because of what the package includes, but the lack of reviews makes me nervous. Budget-wise she's pretty good.

Couple questions:

- Has anyone actually been to any of these three for a facelift specifically?

- Is 4 nights in Turkey enough for a deep plane facelift or is that cutting it too short?

- How much does the IFNM nerve monitoring actually matter in practice — is it a real differentiator or more of a marketing thing?

- Any red flags I might be missing on any of them?

1. Has anyone had a facelift specifically with any of these three?
2. For those who've done deep plane in Turkey — is 4 nights in-country (Gultekin) enough, or is the 9–10 day stay (Çetinkaya/Sinaci) meaningfully safer for recovery?
3. Gultekin's package includes IFNM nerve monitoring — how much weight should I give this vs. the lower review count?
4. Sinaci vs Çetinkaya — Sinaci has stronger reviews and Çetinkaya has the JCI Acıbadem hospital. How would you weigh these?
5. Any other Turkey deep plane surgeons I should be looking at that I've missed? (I've looked at several but some are pretty outside my budget range, like Dr. Varsak and Dr. Manav.
