My wife is giving me a hard time because I cooked and am now eating 2 lbs of bacon that had a use-by/expiration date of 1/31/26. It was in the bottom of our freezer chest, intact vacuum packaging, no ice crystals, color was fine, no signs of freezer burn. Cooked for about 30 minutes. Perfectly crispy, smells and tastes wonderful.
Somehow she doesn’t seem to understand that freezing food extends how long it lasts
Buds are super frosty, but no real smell. Even with stem rubbing. I thought pest pressure is supposed to increase terps?
