Turning off voicemail notifications
Is there any way to do this? I went into the Galaxy Wearable app, clicked App Notifications, and do not see it as an option to disable. This is for an Ultra.
I've cut my weight training down to every other day, and my body is responding really well. I'm actually growing again, and I'm making progress on my log book every time I train.
Here's my split. Every set to failure except for leg presses and hack squats. It's too dangerous to go to failure with these two, I try to take it to <2 RIR.
Anyone run it like this? I'm doing Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri right now. I feel more recovered on the Mon/Tues workouts than I do on the Thurs/Fri ones. The M/T workouts get 4 days rest and the Th/Fri workouts get 3 days rest.
Every other day would make it 4 days of rest before hitting the muscle again and provide a complete day of rest between each Upper and Lower session.
