My shopping quality went down because people most times dont eant substitutions and request refunds… and yesterday i had an order that should have taken 10 minutes take an hour cause the damn app would not recognize 3 of the items.. so i had to refund the costumer and ring it in as an add on… and that BS cause my score to drop. Along with the timer running.. im so over that BS timer like things dont just happen that delays you.
