Had a wonderful trip to Bermuda on the Valiant Lady from NYC.
I got up around 5:30 AM, looked out from my balcony, and saw that we were approaching the Verrazano Bridge. I managed to get this great shot.
We disembarked at 7:30 AM, and I think we had the quickest disembarkation ever! I was off the ship in probably under 10 minutes.
While I was initially enthusiastic about Carnival Destiny, the information released so far has left me unconvinced. Christine Duffy boasts it will "reinvent how guests experience the sea" and feature more than 70% new venues, yet few specifics were shared. She mentioned Destiny will have the highest number of ocean-view staterooms at sea with 4.5 acres of glass.
For a ship expected to carry around 8,000 passengers, I am concerned that the onboard experience could feel crowded, especially if public spaces have not been expanded proportionately. By comparison, Royal Caribbean's Icon Class appears to place a much greater emphasis on creating large, distinct neighborhoods and public gathering areas, helping distribute guests more effectively throughout the ship. As things stand, Carnival Destiny seems more focused on maximizing passenger capacity and cabin inventory than delivering a truly innovative onboard experience.
I finally completed my last class. Demon Hunter was the final one, and it required a long grind using a Spell Demon Hunter deck.
Hi everyone, I just received my transcend micro CPAP machine today. I have a problem with the hose connection if I’m using the HME piece as you can see in the photo. Is there a piece that can go in between?
