We are just starting out. Small AI native software dev agency, no clients yet, trying to land our first one through paid ads.

Budgets will be small to begin with, think lean test campaigns on Meta and Google, mostly targeting India and a bit of US/UK. Looking for someone who can actually make small budgets work, not someone who only knows how to spend big.

You should:

  • Have run Meta and Google ads before, ideally for agencies or service businesses
  • Be okay with starting small and scaling as we get clients
  • Help with copy, targeting, and basic creative direction
  • Know what you are doing with pixels, conversions and tracking

Pay is modest right now since we are bootstrapping. Open to a small monthly retainer plus a bonus when ads bring in a closed client. Long term seat for the right person as we grow.

DM me with:

  1. Accounts you have run and rough budgets
  2. Your rate

Please do not pitch agency packages, looking for one person.

Starting up a AI native software dev agency. Need someone to call leads and book intro calls for me.

Setup:

- Small fixed base every month

- Commission per qualified meeting booked

- Bigger commission when a call turns into a paying client

- Remote, IST hours (optional), full or part time

How the booking works:

  • I will share my Cal.com link with you
  • While you are on the call with the prospect, you book the slot on my calendar yourself and enter their details (name, email, phone, company, what they need, budget)
  • Prospect gets the confirmation and Google Meet invite automatically
  • No chasing them to book later, the meeting is locked in before the call ends
  • You will be trained on the exact qualifying questions to ask before booking

You should:

  • Have done cold calling or appointment setting before
  • Sound clear and confident on the phone, not scripted
  • Be comfortable using Cal.com, Google Calendar, WhatsApp and a basic CRM or sheet
  • Be okay with the fact that we are early stage and volume will grow over time

DM me with:

  1. Where you have cold called before and what you were selling
  2. A 30 to 60 second voice note where you introduce yourself, mention your cold calling experience, and pitch me as if I am a prospect you just got on the phone
  3. Your expected base and commission

No voice note, no reply.
