there is a 33 year old that i work with that has nonexistent drama with literally everyone. everyone is against everyone and no one does their job. the 33 year old will literally go to another coworker and gossip while forcing one person to do the whole work load. I don't want to narc but it is forcing some of us to work so hard we feel like we will pass out. BASICALLY should i narc?

HANDS*** For context. I am a college music student, I play an altus AZ3 with a bfoot and offset G. I have pretty tiny hands too. When I play it feels like i am fighting the keys, my hands are so sore after practicing. I do have arthritis but I just don't understand why it is so hard to play.
