I have my virtual interview next Wednesday but my hair is currently dyed a vibrant color which I know will have to change but do you think it’ll be a big deal during my interview like should I change it prior or should I be fine as long as I say that I’ll change it to a natural color before I start?

How are the networking opportunities in the DCP?

I’m currently in my last semester of college for Supply Chain Management and have been set on doing the DCP when I graduate for multiple reasons, but what really made me interested was hearing there were networking events. My only concern is after looking into it and doing some research I feel like I really didn’t see much about the networking and how it can benefit you and your degree. So I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has any success with finding good connections, finding jobs through the program, and maybe even getting hired by Disney for your degree? I’m just wondering if me doing the program will benefit me professionally or if I’m better off trying to find a job out of college. It would be a dream to do supply chain for Disney or any associated company but I’m just super unsure on if the program will even benefit me in this way.

How do I contact a coordinator or a leader about testing positive for covid ?

So I earned my ears yesterday. After work, I started feeling sick. I was supposed to go in for a shift, but I spent all night not being able to breathe properly because of congestion. I went to urgent care this morning and tested positive for covid. I called out with the reason being sick. My doctor told me I have to quarantine for 5 days. I’ve been trying to get a leader call back to explain why I had to put so many sick call outs. No leader has contacted me back, and I’m very worried about how this can affect my program. Does anyone know what else I can do? Also, is it okay that I’ve just been putting “calling out sick”? I have the doctor’s note for when I come back from quarantine will that be enough?

Edit: I went to urgent care because the congestion was so bad I would gasp for air while trying to sleep, I was also coughing up mucus, had ear pain, a sore throat and body aches.

Spring 2027 DCP

I applied today and haven’t received my Teams interview scheduling email yet. Last application cycle, I was accepted and got my interview email about 30 minutes after applying, but I had to turn down the offer. This time I can actually participate!
I put February 15 (the latest arrival date) because I genuinely can’t arrive before then. Does anyone know if that affects how quickly you hear back or your chances of moving forward? And how long are people currently waiting for their interview emails?
I know I just applied 😂 but the anticipation is killing me!!

Anyone love theatre and miss performing and singing

Hi!! I’m Nicole I am in the DCP working at Epcot :) I love theatre, Disney, acting, singing, writing, film, dance etc. and I’ve really been missing performing since I got here!!

I’d love to meet some other girls who are into theatre/performing and maybe do a musical read through sometime (Wicked would be so fun lol), go to a dance class, see a show, go to the parks, grab coffee, or just hang out and talk about theatre and music.

If any of that sounds like you feel free to message me!! I’d love to meet some more creative people here đŸ«¶

Applied for every position I am slightly qualified for the past 3 weeks. Not a single interview request back. Are there any in-person events I can go to?

I have several years of theme park experience, and just finished my Disney College Program.

Virtual Interview??

Hiya! Just applied for my second program and got an interview slot! It's a virtual interview, so I'm slightly confused since when I applied in 2024 I only had a phone interview. What can I expect differently from a virtual one? Also, when did they make this change?

ESAs in living room?

Are dogs allowed to be in the common area? 8/10 arrival and my roommates dog is honestly very hyper and there’s visible damages from it in our apartment. I feel bad saying it but the dog isn’t really well behaved. i don’t want to be mean and I love animals, but respectfully, I don’t want to have to manage someone else’s pet or clean up after it. any advice?

12 months or 24 months since graduation?

Hi!

On the Spring 2027 application it says you are still eligible to apply if it is 12 months or less since graduation, but I’ve always seen that it’s 24 months. If I graduated more than 12 months ago but less than 24 months ago, will I still be eligible?

Application Error(?)

Hey! I just applied for Spring ‘27. They told me that my application was received but I didn’t get a confirmation email saying it was.

Will I receive one later in the day? I’m nervous that I might miss something if they reach out!

DCP Application Question

Hi everyone!

So I have a severe food allergy to tree nuts. Would this make me ineligible for any QSR roles, and if so, would that negatively impact my application/chances of getting in?

Thank you so much!
