Hi. I've just got this new phone around 2 weeks ago and I noticed there is a bit of a rattle coming from the camera area. I did a bit of research and apparently this is normal due to the camera system and how it operates. When I test the camera on 10x zoom the rattle does seem to get less.
Anyone else come across this?

If I had to recommend one video to someone unfamiliar with Ram Dass, I think it might be this one. It perfectly introduces the practice of "being here now" in an easily digestible way.
I have suspected Long Covid after investigation around multiple different angles brought no resolution.
One of the worst symptoms I get is a completely spaced out, almost unreal feeling in my head. That's the best way I can explain it. Like I'm here but not. Does anyone have this symptom? Has anything worked that I could try?

I was wondering if there are different wheels I can get?
I currently have a wooden one about 30 inches tall but our gerbils like to wee on it as well as in their sand bath.
It's really hot here in the UK so wondering if there are options as the smell definitely kicks up more in this heat. I do clean it and fully dry it out, but that is just a short term fix.
