29F NOR

Hii,

Just looking for new friends to chat with, or potentially hang out with if we click (:

If there's an event on, I'm usually keen to go. Small bites and a drink after work sounds like heaven. I also enjoy outdoor activites (e.g hiking, sports [futsal]) and other more relaxed things like museums, markets, shopping lol.

And fyi - I am very wlw // sapphic.

25 + please.

Lifestyle Block Woes

I bought a native bush block a couple of years ago for around $300k. Since then I've done a fair bit of work, including removing all the pine trees.

This is the part that concerns me -When we started earthworks.

So we cut into the slope to create a gravel driveway and a level building pad. Unfortunately, the cut to create the flat pad ended up being much taller than expected, and it will probably need an engineered retaining wall and council consent now. I've run out of both time and money to finish it.

The invasive weeds on the property have also completely taken over and I can't keep up with them anymore.

At this point I just want out of the project.

Will a property in this condition realistically sell, or have I made it too difficult for buyers? And is this legal? What would you do in my situation?
