I really feel like I want to do this and that.but somehow I feel like I'm not showing much responsibility,It's not because I don't have interest in my job, actually I like my job.....but something is holding from my back.will it be because of my team?or my laziness? I don't know.....I used to sit day and night to complete things previously,but now I'm behaving like this.

Need some support guys...I want to understand the root cause behind it.is anyone feeling the same?
