What changes did you witness?

I had an event in my calendar I was due to go to at the weekend and had requested a refund as I can’t go anymore - when I got the email through Siri automatically removed it from my calendar as it read the email for me. This is personal and removes the stress from manually going to your own calendar and managing all your events. I believe this is the future of CX. The small personal moments. What are your thoughts?
