9 weeks PO - what PT are you doing?

I had home PT for 4 visits. She left me with about 5 or 6 exercises that she said was enough

Heel slides
On chair, bend knee as far as possible
Bike 10-15 minutes
Leg lifts
Operated knee - Foot on 2nd step and lean forward and way back
On bed push knee down to get to 0%
Walking is tough for long as I need surgery on a hernia and walking aggravates it

At $150 hour for PT and retired, I’d like to get my own routine
What std exercises do you do ?
I’m 70F and 9 weeks PO
ROM At 120 2 weeks ago

How long on bike?

70F
5 weeks PO

How long ( minutes) do you use bike? - I have a recumbent bike and am sorest after the bike more than any other PT - only been on it about 10 days
My quads swell right after and even icing only helps a bit - knee gets very very warm also.
I see my surgeon next week - hard with all the unknowns- “is something wrong?”
“ Is this normal?”
“ should I be calling someone and who do I call?”
Ugh 😀

Hernia now??!!

Had TKR 4 weeks ago and hernias that were repaired 15 years.ago have reappeared
Very hard to exercise as it pulls on hernias - very sore and tender
Waiting for surgeon to call
No idea if I have to go through my Gp and get a new referral after so many years

Worst timing!!!!
