Pretty much what the title says. I think Ryan could come back next year since there are other WRs ahead of him in the draft. He also seems to be a little banged up with the knee brace on, which could limit his production moving forward. Thoughts?

I have opened a new IRA and I want some feedback of the below strategy. I want something somewhat hands off. I am 25 yrs or so from retirement and what something somewhat aggressive. Would the below strategy achieve this?

50% - VTI
25%- VUG
15%- IJR
10%-VXUS
