My experience with meditation-
Hey everyone, I have been meditating for atleast 3 years or so.. but the thing is after some minutes of meditating i feel like i couldn't breathe at all, like my body get so relaxed that normal breathing gets very short and small, and bcz of that i get a very weird feeling where i feel like my body has exapnded and feel a choking sensation and then i have to breathe forcefully which breaks my awareness and i get clouded with so many thoughts. My question is - is it because of low oxygen supply to my brain that causes this..?
And what is the solution of this and how to meditate longer?
