I have an 06 Silverado and I have a faulty heater core. It Started in the winter and there was noticeable coolant smell but never really had fog issues. Now, I can see a mist come through my vents occasionally and my windshield is always fogged up. I try to wipe it off and it seems like I just rub it in lol. Now that the winter is over and I don’t need heat, I was thinking of just bypassing the heater core for the summer (because even with a/c on I still get an occasional coolant fog out my vents). Can anyone relate or has anyone already went down this road and want to share some insight
