Did a healthcare design project for my thesis. Now what? Looking for outside perspectives

I have a healthcare related project I've been working on as part of my thesis. The thesis is now done, and I'm not sure what to do with the project next.

The project looks at geriatric patients and emergency medicine, specifically how to make their transition through care smoother.

A bit of context: I don't have a background in healthcare or science. My thesis was in Human Centered Design. So I'm wondering what a reasonable next step looks like once the academic part is over. Ideally something that could be innovative, but my real goal is to build something meaningful whether that means continuing the project, testing if it's feasible, or turning it into something bigger....etc.

Basically I need some outside brains to help me think about this more broadly. If you've taken a research or thesis project and done something with it afterward, I'd love to hear how you approached it.

Air Canada Process. Rejection or what?

I have done the interview 1-1 and passed, and I have done the group interview and passed.

When it came to medical and bckg check. The nurse told me they need at least 1-2 weeks to get back to you. I received an email same day of the medical test that I was rejected.

Based on the nurse asx. She told me you are REALLY healthy! (Which is I am lol)
If anyone wanted to know the process for the Medical test:
Glucose test > Eye exam > Hearing test > weight + height > Application overview > Urinalysis

After I got rejected, in couple of days. I received an email for language French test from AC. Since I claim I know french.

I was wondering if anyone had the same issue? if they had the medical test same day with the results. The rejection timeline.

Found several of these on my bed- could they be bed bugs, ticks, or something else?

I found many of them on my bed, but I’m not sure what they are. Some friends think they might be bed bugs, while others suggested ticks.

I checked the bed carefully, including the edges and seams, and I don’t see any black spots, stains, bites, rashes, or other signs. The bed looks clean overall, but finding several of these is making me concerned.

Does anyone know what insect this could be?
