Can I change my split for weight loss?

Right now I workout like this Monday-workout Tuesday-rest Wednesday-workout Thursday-rest Friday-workout Saturday-workout Sunday-rest So basically one day on and one day off. I’ve lost 45 lbs doing this so far. I want to switch to two day workout two day rest So Monday/Tuesday-workout Wednesday/Thursday-rest And so On. Would this affect my progress?

Cut my hand in a metal fence

I have read the FAQ. There are bats outside my house and I was letting my chickens out and cut my hand on the fence. It’s wet outside due to rain and so I’m worried maybe saliva was left on the fence and the cut could transfer rabies without a direct bite. I’m sorry if it sounds dumb but it’s the scariest way to die imo and I’m scared of it. The cut was deep enough to bleed.

I just want to be vulnerable with my partners but my appearance makes it backfire

I (22M) am a conventionally attractive young man. Im muscular with a modern mullet, tattoos and a large 🍆. My last two exes loves my personality, I act confident, tease them playfully, masculine blah blah blah. BUT, when we get more serious, I’ve grown up ugly and craving romance. So I open up to my girlfriends and express how much I care about them, I express my affection and I guess it makes me look “soft” because they end up leaving me within the next few months. It really sucks because I want to be vulnerable with someone. Sometimes I want to be held too. I want someone to reassure me sometimes but because if how I am outwardly it makes women look at me as less. My masculine look and personality isn’t a front, thats me, but I don’t want to be like that 24/7. I want comfort. Is romance just about looks now? Because before I express myself I never have any problems (i was exclusive with these women, not a talking stage) (im not trying to self glaze, im sorry if it comes off that way)

Walking?

I (22m) am losing weight since January with hiit weight training and eating at a semi large deficit. I’ve lost 35 lbs but I want to speed it up a little, I only want to lose like 15-20 more lbs before I bulk so I started throwing in 3 mile walks. If I walk 1.5 miles and then walk the other 1.5 miles later in the day will I still lose as many calories as if I walked it all at once?
