I was a little curious today so I asked ai about some percentages on the Reverb site. It said the percentage of items that are returned is not published but if it is similar to other sites it would be in the range of 5-15 percent.

It also said that roughly 2/3 of listings by small private sellers or dealers are as described-no returns.

I wonder what percentage of items are returned if the seller says the item is "not as described" or damaged in shipping? In this case the seller has to pay for shipping both ways. This can be cost prohibitive where the seller loses money on the deal. For a small business looking to make a profit this will put you out of business.

I am casually looking around for another old Fusion with a 2.5 . The hybrids are interesting as the mileage is a lot better. I saw this listing for a '10 hybrid that has some body damage. Assuming one could do the work, how bad could this car be?
