Do you regret choosing the navy over another branch?

Like the title says. Do you regret going navy? I’ve been working with an Army recruiter for OCS, but I had a medical thing come up and we’re working on a waiver. He mentioned to try the navy because he works closely with a navy recruiter that typically can get people in easier than he can with Army.

I’m wanting to do OCS.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology 3.9 GPA Honors graduate
References from a 04-army and an 05-army. I also have references from the President of my university and the department head of my university.

While Navy has never been a choice of mine (would prefer Army due to move location options) it would be a viable option if Army denies my waiver request. I don’t think the will…. But you never know. I’ve also seen navy OCS is way less competitive compared to army.

New Euless location

Anyone else as excited as I am?? We relocated to DFW from central texas a few years ago and I’ve been so sad the closest HEB has been a 30+ minute drive to either Burleson or the far side of Ft Worth. But I think the Euless location is close enough for delivery to me!! I hate getting my meats and fish from other grocery stores so next Wednesday opening day I’ll be there grabbing all my groceries!!!

Bipolar misdiagnosis

Anyone seen a misdiagnosis be pushed through?

Diagnosis is about 12 years old. Was pushed on me by spouse during initial appointment.

2+ years without medication.

NEVER had a manic episode/hospitalized.

Have two current psychiatric evaluations that are negative for bipolar 1&2, negative for anxiety/depression, and no side effects or symptoms of any other mental health diagnosis.

MEPS asked for a neuropsychiatric evaluation after I already had both of these appointments completed. (Two separate drs, two separate practices).

Anyone have this issue before? Anyone seen it get pushed through?

I’ll be submitting last 5 years of pharmacy records and both psychiatric evaluations with dr notes to MEPS this week to hopefully get a waiver or this dismissed.

Hello! I am currently using Visual Studio as I’ve used this previously in class for C++ and Python. But I keep having issues with C# and I don’t know why??? The application states no issues but won’t run/debug for me to verify it’s working.

Any insight or an application recommendation would be great!

Also, it’s not an error really, it just states it can’t find the file to fun. Even tho I’m obviously in the file…. I’ve also updated everything.

So I’m going to message my recruiter Monday, just because I’m probably going to forget this weekend cause I’m swamped. But today we filled out Meps papers and I listed 13 tattoos and I didn’t realize until speaking with my spouse that I actually forgot to mention that I have another set of tattoos. I have my nipples tattooed into hearts, and I forget they’re even done because it’s a nude color and honestly they aren’t very noticeable.

I should let him know to update the paperwork right?? I feel awful for not mentioning it 🤦🏼‍♀️ but at this point it also feels really random to just send a text to let dude know to add nipple tattoos to my list.
