Insta360 X5 camera, anyone have any input/recommendations?

Hello all, I'm currently seeking a new camera to attach to my motorcycle and my friend recommended this model.

Through sheer serendipity, this appeared in front of me at my local Costco. I snagged it as it said " last one " due to fomo. It was not infact the last one though :/

I am aware an X6 model is now out with a few more bells and whistles, but that model is WAY more expensive...

I'm currently having buyers remorse as this thing was about $600USD after taxes.... That's a bit more than I wanted to pay and I'm contemplating returning it. It's unopened.

Thoughts?

Seeking advice on what Distro to use

I salvaged a machine ( from a few other machines help ) and I now have an i5-3470 + 4x4 ( 16GB DDR3 ) and a 500GB HDD that's.... On its way out. After some new storage I should be good to go.

Just seeking advice on which distro would work well with this.

I plan on just watching movies, maybe some surfing, emulation, and sailing the high seas.

Toshiba died

Hello all, I have a Toshiba 43c350ku and when I try to turn it on, it has a flashing red light.

I unplugged it for several hours and I have /some/ audio, and when I say some it's mostly there but cuts out quickly, but comes back. Audio is more on than it is off.

There is no picture. But, using a flashlight I can see the picture moving so I'm leaning toward a bad LED strip vs. a power supply. Just seeking input before I buy parts hoping for a fix.
