Wk11 off tirzepatide

11 weeks on. Food noise seems to come a waves. Ok most of the day, then suddenly wanting to eat everything. Thankfully, now that i dont store snacks at home, i simply dont have a source to binge on. But definately recognise it, and try and distract thoughts. Missing the MJ effect of just obliterating that desire. Total weight gain = 1.5kg since stopping. Some of it intentional. On 2900 cal atm (54 M 177 cm 74 kg). Miss being super lean (ie at end of MJ), but lifestyle wasnt sustainable. I feel chunkier, but prob dont look it. Eating has changed for me. Start w a high prot breakfast. Then a big lunch box that i take to work, which i split eat through the work day - 11am, 1pm and 3pm (ish). Still maintaining 8k steps, 3 resist training a week(just dumb bells at home). And yoga 3x /week - just at home w my own routine.

Had big weekend event just past. 2kg weight gain. And eventhough i knew that the science said it was water and salt, so much panic and anxiety in my head. 3 days later back to base line.

So far, so good. I think. Apparently 1st few months are toughest. Hoping its coming to the end of it!

Always makes me double take. Tirzepatide has done wonders for me. No regrets. And as much as Im very happy with my progress, theres always little reminders of how bad I let things go. Heres view i have when i plank vs when i stand. It is what it is
