Rental karting vs owner karting which is more Driver:Driver skill?

Ok hear me out. This thought popped in my head and believe it may be a great discussion.

When it comes to driver to driver skill between rental and owner karting which one really levels the playing field as far as advantage between drivers?

My opinion would be the rental karts… Because in owner karts money can be a factor on who gets the best parts, the newest gear, fresher tires. In rental karts, everyone is at the same mercy of the rental kart business. Same mechanic, same karts, same tires, everything.

Would love to hear y’all’s thoughts. 💭

How can I improve?

Felt pretty good about this 1:48 on Monza. Can y’all spot any improvements? I’m sorry the replay doesn’t show the steering inputs. Must be a weird glitch.

Adding more context to my previous videos

Giving a little more context to the previous videos I posted. First couple of video cuts was from my previous races and understanding how these guys drive vs how I adapted to the guy in the end of the video. These guys are rough but in the end I’m able to accept the results and throw a fist bump vs getting cussed out whenever I drive like them.

Did I have the line or should I have given space?

This felt like a I had the advantage of closing the door on the driver to my left since I already had the line. I held my line forcing him to decide to either back out or go into the barrier. Was it right for me to hold my line or give space?

Saw a guy make a post say he was stuck at 2:30 on SPA

Running a 2:19 at SPA in the Ferrari 296. Hopefully my video can help anyone stuck in the 2:30s

Was I too aggressive or just overtaking or just bad driving?

I’m open to criticism. It felt like he left door opened on both turns and I saw it as an opportunity to take advantage. White flag went out so I felt like I had no other option other than to just go for it. In the end the guy the got pissed with me and said it was dirty. Was it dirty or was it racing? Again I’m open to criticism.
