Hello,

I have this patch of land, see image attached. It's currently flat agricultural land (uncultivated).

I have also indicated the length of each side to have a precise idea of the size.

What could I do with it? a kart track there could maybe reach about 600-700 metres of length? but permissions and works will be very expensive.

An unpaved track of some sort, like autocross? off road motorbikes?

I am also fascinated by e-scooters which would have the benefit of low noise as they're electric, but I do not know if races exist in my country (Italy), moreover I am not familiar with their track requirements (does anyone know?)

Is there anyone who would like to paint a skinpack for me (paid)?

It would be a pack of 20 brazilian Stock Cars (2019 version),

with no strict boundaries (no need to recreate exact liveries or sponsor), just the general idea/atmosphere of the new series.

I have owned Ams2 since 2020, I love this track but every time I try it I have to quit after a while as the asphalt is so slippery that the driving experience is frustrating. Like driving on ice.

The difference with the other tracks is immense!

Does anyone feel the same?

Any fix?
