Ammo? We are the ammo! The Human Cannonball Maneuver

Backstory:

So, my friends and I started our own HD2 unit called the Hellhammers. As you guessed it, we are hammer lovers. Three subfactions in our unit include: Flying Hellhammers, Ground N’ Pound, and Speed Demons.

Flying Hellhammers primarily use Jump Packs to fly and kill, but any method of flying or being catapulted into the air is embraced. Thus, we have been experimenting with different methods of getting a Flying Hellhammer as high and as far as possible with the goal of landing a Hellhammer on the back of a Leviathan to ride it and then kill it using the hammer alone. One sport we do in our faction is riding the enemies for as long as possible before killing it.

We have experimented with many things, with the auto cannon sentry catapult producing the best results until last night after a long session of experimentation…(that’s why you hear me being shocked, it was after so many failed attempts).

The Bureau of Offensive Navigation and Kinetics (B.O.N.K.), the research on mobility branch of the Hellhammers, has began utilizing a fully mobile Flying Hellhammer catapulting system.

We have been able to successfully aim the catapult at something in the distance and launch the Flying Hellhammer in that direction without killing or even ragdolling the Hellhammer. Meaning, we have launched our comrades into combat at mach speeds while they retain the ability to swing the hammer all while airborne. We are able to launch someone 50m, 75m, 100m, or even completely off the map without ragdolling the person!

Here, my friend was airborne long enough for the traitor countdown to expire and he was being shot at while airborne. He finally hit the map limits where he finally started ragdolling. The destroyer kept firing at him but never hit him. He finally died because he landed in water beyond the islands in the background and he drowned :(

The Flying Hellhammer slogan: Ammo? We are the ammo!

TL;DR We were trying to figure out a way to catapult someone high and far to be able to ride Sky Whales (leviathans)
