Might not be the right page to post in but I have 150k points I can transfer to Hyatt and would like to do a euro trip sometime next year specially Germany and Italy. Has anyone done a euro trip primarily using Hyatt points? If so, which hotels did you stay at? Def first time travelers over here so easier the better :)

Going to cayman island in late August (last week) and staying at the Hotel indigo for 5 days. Is it important to book the stingray city and starfish point/ snorkeling group tours in advance? Or can I just book while I’m there?
Also, we’re only there 4 nights and 5 days is it worth getting a car rental and driving around the island if we’re really prioritizing having a relaxing easy short trip?
