Our lease is up in march and we are not happy with where we are. We would prefer to rent a house or townhome from someone privately. Unfortunately our budget is around 1450 for rent. Family of 3 with a dog (mutt). I’ve tried looking on Zillow and fb marketplace.

Delivering and the neighbors dog bit me pretty good. 2 full puncture wounds, scrapes and another almost puncture. Called manager, LMET, police, animal control, health department. Luckily there were no stitches needed and I declined rabies until dog is proven rabies or not. My dsp is pretty cool about it all and allowing me to”light duty” to continue working but my question is: do I /should I /is it worth it to call a lawyer and what kind of lawyer would I call? Also I have absolutely no money to put toward one.
From what I gather it would be to sue the dog owners home insurance? The owner was super concerned and apologetic. Helped me get wrapped up until I could someone to take me to the hospital and gave me all their info. My partner also works with me and delivers there all the time and said that dog is always super aggressive and barking. The reason he attacked was because “the electric fence failed and lost power” per dog owner
Got myself a brand new never driven (3 miles ) EDV. Did you know the floor has sparkles in them?! I mean like I had to peel plastic off before I started. I’m so beyond stoked for this because I take good care of my trucks when I have them. Luckily my partner works 2 days also and they got it when I don’t work… BUT that leaves one day where someone randomly has it. Sat is the first day and I’m terrified to see who has it and what Sunday will look like. The people at my dsp are absolutely foul in their trucks.. gum and piss bottles and crumbs and just spilled drinks everywhere. Anyway .. enjoy the pictures of the pristine truck 😍
