Any type 1 diabetics that manage themselves without a CGM?

just curious. I’m early stage type 1 as an adult not on insulin yet. have Dexcom and Idk how feel about it after a few months with it. sometimes it’s helpful other times it’s like data overload.

Anyone else look like this?

wondering if this looks like there’s an issue with my Dexcom. I get these readings fairly frequently maybe a couple days per week. this day I ate more carbs than usual. not on insulin and failed a metformin trial several months ago.
