Will 6th forms consider extenuating circumstances such as poor mental health and being a young carer when predicting you grades for A level?

I've gotten a place into Destination Dentistry Liverpool summer school and NASS Birmingham summer school both for dentistry

However they overlap in the dates (both 20-23rd July) and I don't know which one to go to
