I bought SEIKO SRPE57K1 from TATA CLIQ LUXURY ON 18-MAY-2026.
Vendor was LAHORE WATCH COMPANY who has a physical store in delhi and has good reviews on google. Other option was SAMAY, who has very bad reputation on reddit and Google as well for sending scratched watches or other issues. So I made sure to select Lahore as delivery vendor while ordering.
My order was delivered on 20-May-2026 and came in proper well packed (with paper and plastic covering on all parts) and with all the tags (warranty registration tag also included) in seiko original grey box packaging with a soft cloth etc and in a nice Tata cliq luxury branded box.
Very happy with the packaging.
I tried to register the watch for warranty on 20-May-26 itself on delivery, and uploaded the bill etc on the website link provided in one of the tags (specifically for warranty registration). On the basis of my phone number it also showed me details of my previous seiko watch purchases and showing warranty details for all. But for some reason the warranty registration kept showing UNDER PROCESS even after 24 hrs . So next day, I called the seiko customer service (which is extremely responsive, great experience there) fearing that my Watch might be fake and that why it’s taking this long to register and they told me that TATA CLIQ LUXURY is an authorised seller of seiko watches in India so I need not to worry at all while buying any seiko from TCL , but Amazon and Flipkart are to be avoided (yes the executive specifically mentioned that).
And, in sometime after the call, I received the warranty confirmation on the watch by official seiko email. And thought to share all these details with you all. Very happy with this purchase as I really wanted this particular model from a long time.
