My two boys that are not twins

My first son on the left was born April 2024. That picture was taken when he was 8 months old.

My second son on the right was born December 2025. He’s nearly 9 months old.

I know they’re brothers, but is it normal for them to look this identical? I swear, every day raising my younger son has been constant Deja Vu.

Brand new to Nintendo. Is MK8 Deluxe Worth it?

Little backstory: The last Nintendo I played was the Wii when I was 11. I’m now 31 with a wife and 2 boys (still too young to game). My wife has never picked up a video game in her life, but I convinced her to let us buy a Switch 2 with MKW. I love the game and to my surprise, so does she! She puts up a solid fight at 150CC which really impresses me.

We only play at night when the kiddos go to bed but after a month of owning MKW, it has started to feel stale, even though we are itching for more Mario kart. I saw the MK8 Deluxe bundle with 96 maps but it’s almost $90.

I’m wondering if the title “still holds up”, especially on a Switch 2 with it being so old and if it’s worth the investment. Or does it feel “old and dated” making me just want to play MKW? I simply don’t know but hope that makes sense.

Thanks for the feedback!

Here’s your reward for having maxed heroes. Ore economy fixed my ass! WTH is this!?

How is it okay to treat your long term dedicated player-base like 3rd class citizens? I’ve bought a gold pass every month since 2021 and every event pass, I’ve spent hundreds on this game and even bought starry ore bundles.

While I have nearly maxed everything, Im still not even close to upgrading all the equipment. Make that make sense. The grind is too long and they just gave a massive slap in the face to their dedicated players. Also, all the rewards expire in 24 hours!

Maybe this is my queue to quit. It irks me to continue supporting a stingy, greedy company. That or I’ll stop spending a single dollar.
