GPU 0: 56C (Amd Radeon Graphics)
GPU 1: 60C(GTX 1650)
My processor is a Ryzen 5 7600 with 6 cores

On Idle it's at:
Memory: 27%
GPU 0: 43C
GPU 1: 28C

I'm not sure if this is "optimal" since I'm not good at telling what is good and what is not good so that's why I'm asking

Memory - 58%(16 GB Ram)
GPU 0 - 53C(AMD Radeon Graphics)
GPU 1 - 43C(GTX 1650)
Processor is Ryzen 5 7600

Again, I'm not that good at telling which if it's good or bad, just wanted to know if my PC suffers some issues or if everything is alright generally :p
